Manchester Homes Outreach | Oldham Street Kitchen | Bolton Street Kitchen 💙🍲

Yesterday our amazing teams were out in Oldham, and today we had teams supporting people in Bolton while another team headed out on the Manchester Homeless Outreach 🙏

This is what community looks like. People coming together, run by the community, for the community. Day in, day out, our volunteers give their time, their energy, and their hearts to support the homeless and those in need. No fuss, just action. Real people making a real difference 💪✨

This Christmas Day, Homeless Aid UK is hosting a special Christmas Soup Kitchen 🎅 at 12pm on the Bolton Market Car Park or under the arches in Le Mans Cresent, Bolton

🍫 Tasty snacks

No one should feel alone or go without this Christmas – this is open to any individual who is struggling. ❤️

When you’re feeling upset because your boyfriend or girlfriend won’t buy you that £300 bag, or your parents won’t get you the latest phone or those £150 trainers, take a moment to reflect. There are children and families who will wake up on Christmas Day - or any other day throughout the year - with empty plates, no warmth in their homes, and no gifts under an imaginary tree.

Some children will spend their day in foster care, children’s homes, or secure units, yearning for the embrace of their real families. Others will wake up mourning the loss of parents, children, or loved ones, while some will spend the day fighting cancer, simply wishing for one more Christmas.

Instead of dwelling on what you don’t have, be grateful for what you do. The most precious gifts aren’t wrapped in shiny paper - they’re the people standing beside you.

Gratitude costs nothing but means everything. ❤️
