Woodland burial site Over 200 people and 60 pets have been buried in Boduan Sanctuary Wood by The Eternal Forest Trust.

The Charity also holds artistic, educational and social events in the wood, to which everyone is invited.

Don't forget about our monthly volunteer day tomorrow!
Our lovely Bella be in the woods from 11am until 3pm and would love to have your company.

We will also be hosting a midsummer party again this year on June 21st. More details to follow in the next few days.

We'll be in the woods from 11am until 3pm and would love to see it buzzing with volunteers as it has been recently.
There is also an additional volunteer day on Saturday 16th May.

Good Morning from EFT HQ,

The sun is shining through the windows this morning and boy am I pleased to see it!!

Attached is the latest Newsletter from our lovely Bella, please excuse any small errors in the Welsh one if you give that a read, in order to get it out to you before the weekend I translated it myself and my Welsh is no comparison to our lovely Bet’s who usually translates the newsletters for us.

A huge thank you to Dylan, Tracey, Ela, David and Peter who joined Trustees Manon and Bella at today's volunteer day despite the terrible weather.
We worked together to clear and widen the lower half of the Violet path, what a difference a few determined people can make in a couple of hours.

Thank you also to Tracey who baked some delicious hot cross buns to share and to Bella who baked one of her delicious pies!

There will be no volunteer day in April as it clashes with Easter weekend, instead there will be an additional volunteer day this Sunday 29th March.
We'll be in the woods 11am - 3pm and would love to see you if you'd like to join us.

"James and I really enjoyed the day yesterday. The forest was alive with activity and it was so nice to make Buster's bird box as well help with the owl area. Looking forward to joining you all again."

Lovely feedback from one of the many volunteers who joined us yesterday.

We are looking forward to being back in the woods on Sunday 1st Feb for our regular volunteer day.

This volunteer day will mainly be spent making and erecting bird boxes, transplanting ferns and potting up sapling trees.

Please join us if you are able, we will be at the forest from 11am until 3pm.

As always, tea and coffee will be provided at 1pm and there will be plenty of gardening tools and birdbox making bits available.

Below is a list of the next few volunteer days in case it’s useful –
Sunday 1st March
Sunday 29th March (in lieu of Sunday 5th April which falls on Easter weekend)
Sunday 3rd May
Saturday 16th May (arranged as an additional volunteer day for those who wish to attend but are unable to join on a Sunday)

Thank you to our incredible volunteers who joined us today despite the weather.
We were all pretty wet but the morale was high and we appreciate all of the hard work.
We'll see you on the 4th of January for our next volunteer day.
