Preparing you for a military career
Military Awareness Course – learners can attend up to 26 weeks at our training centre in Kinmel Army Camp. The course is designed to prepare young people for a career in the Armed Forces. Delivered by ex-Service personnel and in close partnership with the Armed Forced Careers Office this course is designed to help learners overcome barriers that would stop them achieving their goal of a military career. During the course the learners will take part in the following:
Fitness training & assessment
Life skills – bed making, ironing, cleaning, personal hygiene, presentation of uniform and equipment
