Not the best photo but shows that at least one of our hedgehogs has survived hibernation and has stayed in the allotment. They are so endangered these days it’s lovely to be able to provide them with a safe home.

Special attention to some footpaths today - thank you to this person who leaves their dog poo bags on the wall for other people to clear up for them.

We have put up signs up to remind people that the entrances to back alleys behind Moorfield need to be left clear of parked cars.
Some residents have garages and parking space there and are often unable to get in or out and it is important that emergency vehicles could get through if necessary.
Please park considerately.

We have *finally* managed to arrange for United Utilities to cut back their hedges so that the 30 sign is visible again. Thanks to the Highway Officer at Lancaster County council for liaising with them.
