Pitch Market and Events are taking over North Street for a Heat & Meat fest on Saturday 19 September, 10am–5pm!

Expect a brilliant day packed with delicious food, food traders and plenty of tasty things to discover right in the heart of town.

Whether you're looking for a hearty lunch, something new to try or simply fancy having a wander through town with some great food along the way, there’ll be plenty to tempt you.

Bishop's Stortford Library will be closed for building work to be completed, from Monday 14 September to Friday 25 September inclusive.

The library will be open again at 10am on Saturday 26 September.

While we are closed, you can use any other Hertfordshire library to return your books, or renew them online at hertfordshire.gov.uk/libraries or on the Hertfordshire Libraries app.

And if you're in need of new books asap and can't get to another library, you can use your library membership details to log in to BorrowBox and download ebooks and audiobooks for free!
