The Town Warden and a volunteer from the Friends of the Playing Fields group have today completed the repairs to the fence around the pump track and removed the graffiti. Please respect the facility and the investment in time and money that has gone in to this by tidying up after yourselves and leaving the area like you would like to find it.

The A488 at Hope Valley is currently closed while we undertake tree cutting operations. We are also waiting for National Grid and/or Openreach to deal with downed cables. Further updates will be posted when we have more information.

Time to get booking for this years Arts Bishop's Castle Arts Festival The festival's programme is now on the website - www.bishopscastleartsfestival.com with over 60 events plus 12 Open Studios and 6 Exhibitions. Also, the Miniture Art Machine will be back in the Town Hall.

The Arts Festival has been going for 14 years and has become a much loved, 5-day festival. We have workshops, talks, exhibitions, music, dance, competitions and open studios.
