📍Ahead of our open day, let’s chat centre history.

Did you know Rothley’s Community Centre has been part of village life for OVER A CENTURY?
The building first opened its doors in 1911, when Lady Elise Ray Levy laid the foundation stone for what was then the Liberal Club. (🤳Pic below!)

Her husband, Sir Maurice Levy, was our local MP for Loughborough from 1900–1918 — a major figure in Leicestershire’s civic life and the Midlands’ textile industry.

A building with this much history deserves to be loved, and used by the community it was built for.

Join us this Sunday for our Open Day and see how this historic space is stepping into its next chapter.
