Lea Forest Primary Academy is a key member of the Academies Enterprise Trust (AET), the operational arm of the Greensward Charitable Trust, which is a federation of academies created to provide thousands of students/pupils with the best possible education. We work hard to provide a stimulating environment in which each child can realise their full potential, developing their individual abilities, alongside the acquisition of skills and establishing positive values and attitudes. Lea Forest Primary Academy is a larger than average two form entry community academy that was originally built as two separate buildings over an extensive site in 1938. The academy has approximately 450 children on role from 3 to 11 years old. There are 12 classes across our Key Stage 1 and 2 phases and a dedicated Foundation stage with separate Nursery and Reception departments. We are delighted to announce that we will be having whole class pictures taken by our school photographer on Tuesday 9th June 2026. Please make sure that your child attend school in their school uniform for our whole class picture.

Sports Day - Parking Reminder

We are asking all parents and carers to help us to keep traffic moving around the school site by parking safely away from the school roads for Sports Day on Friday.

Please do not obstruct our neighbours drives or the school gates as we will require access for emergency vehicles at all times through out the day.

Sports Day Information for Parents and Carers

KS1 Sports day
Nursery and Reception = 09:15 - 10:30
Year 1 and Year 2 = 10:30 - 12:00

Children must come to school in their PE kits with their house colours.
Red = Holly Blue = Bramble Green = Ash Yellow = Oak

If your child wears a Hijab or any other religious clothing, please make sure that it is appropriate for sporting activities.

There will be refreshments available for parents and caregivers only.

Raffle tickets will be available to purchase on the parent sign in stations for the summer fair tombola.
