WASTE INJUNCTION UPDATE

In relation to Birmingham City Council's claim against "Persons Unknown" and the interim injunction preventing the blocking of waste vehicles, the council has today provided disclosure in this case by publishing a list of documents.

The council has also made an application to the court to vary the existing case management order regarding inspection of these documents.

๐Ÿซ With children back in the classroom this week, the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme has celebrated another successful summer, welcoming more than 24,000 young people across Birmingham. ๐ŸŽ‰

๐Ÿ‘‹ Councillor Kamel Hawwash, Cabinet Member for Children, Families and Young People, visited two HAF providers in Balsall Heath to see first-hand the programme's positive impact.

๐ŸŽโšฝ Funded by Birmingham City Council and the UK Government, and delivered in partnership with StreetGames, the programme provides free activities and nutritious meals for children and young people aged 4 to 16 who are eligible for free school meals, including dedicated and integrated SEND provision at providers across the city. ๐Ÿ’™
