جموں کشمیر لبریشن لیگ کی مرکزی مجلسِ عاملہ کا اجلاس راولپنڈی کے مقامی ہوٹل میں منعقد ہوا جس میں مجلسِ عاملہ کے اراکین نے شرکت کی۔
اجلاس کی صدارت مرکزی صدر لبریشن لیگ خواجہ منظور قادر ایڈووکیٹ نے کی۔ اجلاس کی کاروائی مرکزی سیکرٹری جنرل خلیق الرحمن سیفی ایڈووکیٹ نے سرانجام دی۔
اجلاس میں طے پایا کہ جموں کشمیر لبریشن لیگ بھرپور انداز میں آزاد جموں کشمیر قانون ساز اسمبلی کے عام انتخابات میں حصہ لے گی اور تمام انتخابی حلقوں سے اپنے امیدوار کھڑا کرے گی۔
اجلاس نے فیصلہ کیا کہ پاکستان کی مجوزہ اٹھائسویں ترمیم جس کے ذریعہ آزاد جموں کشمیر اور گلگت بلتستان کی خصوصی حیثیت کو بدلنے کی تجاویز زیر غور ہیں جموں کشمیر لبریشن لیگ اسے مسئلہ جموں کشمیر کے خلاف اقدام قرار دیتے ہوئے اس مجوزہ ترمیم کو مسترد کرے گی اور اس کے خلاف بھرپور آواز بلند کرے گی۔
اراکین مجلس عاملہ نے آمدہ انتخابات کے لیے انتخابی اتحاد سمیت دیگر فیصلہ جات کا اختیار مرکزی کابینہ کو سونپ دیا اور پارٹی پالیسی مرتب کرنے اور نظریاتی قیود کے اندر رہ کر معاملات کو یکسو کرنے کے اختیارات دے دیے۔
جموں کشمیر لبریشن لیگ کے مرکزی صدر خواجہ منظور قادر نے کہا کہ آزاد جموں کشمیر کے عام انتخابات میں پاکستانی سیاسی جماعتوں کی فرنچائزوں پر پابندی عائد ہونی چاہیے اور بیرونی مداخلت کو بند ہونا چاہیے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ عام انتخابات بروقت ہونے چاہییں اور کسی بھی قسم کے تاخیری حربے کو آئین سے انحراف گردانا جائے گا۔
انہوں نے تمام امیدواروں کو اپنے اپنے انتخابی حلقہ جات میں سرگرمیاں تیز کرنے کی ہدایات جاری کی ہیں۔
اجلاس کے اختتام پر قراردار پیش کی گئی جسے متفقہ طور پر منظور کیا گیا۔

A meeting of the Central Executive Committee of the Jammu Kashmir Liberation League was held at a local hotel in Rawalpindi, attended by members of the committee.
The meeting was chaired by the party’s central president, Khawaja Manzoor Qadir, while the proceedings were conducted by Secretary General Khaliq ur Rehman Saifi.
It was decided during the meeting that the Jammu Kashmir Liberation League would actively participate in the general elections for the Legislative Assembly of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and field its candidates in all constituencies.
The meeting also resolved to reject Pakistan’s proposed 28th Constitutional Amendment, under which changes to the special status of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are reportedly under consideration. The party termed the proposal an action against the Jammu and Kashmir dispute and vowed to raise a strong voice against it.
Members of the Executive Committee delegated authority to the central cabinet regarding electoral alliances and other key decisions for the upcoming elections, empowering it to formulate party policy and resolve matters within the framework of the party’s ideological principles.
Party president Khawaja Manzoor Qadir stated that franchises of Pakistani political parties should be banned from participating in the general elections in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and that outside interference must be stopped. He further emphasized that the elections should be held on time and that any delaying tactics would be considered a deviation from the constitution.
He also directed all candidates to intensify their political activities in their respective constituencies.
At the conclusion of the meeting, a resolution was presented and unanimously approved.
