This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong sector relationships to develop referral pathways, identify new opportunities and support continued service growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Build relationships with commissioners, Local Authorities and key stakeholders
-Develop new referral and business opportunities
-Grow and maintain a strong commissioning pipeline
-Promote Learning Disabilities and Mental Health services

-Business Development experience within Social Care

This is a key role within the organisation, managing incoming referrals and helping ensure children and young people are matched with the right services and placements.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and respond to incoming referrals efficiently
-Assess referral information and identify suitable placements
