Weโre recruiting an experienced and detail-focused Compliance Officer to join a growing Supported Living provider in Birmingham, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about quality, governance, and maintaining the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee compliance and quality assurance across Supported Living services
-Ensure full adherence to CQC regulations and company policies
-Conduct audits, spot checks, and service reviews
-Review and update policies, procedures, and documentation
-Support managers with action plans and continuous improvement initiatives
-Monitor service performance and identify areas for development
Ideal Candidate:
-Previous experience in a Compliance, Quality, or Governance role within Health & Social Care
-Strong understanding of CQC standards and Supported Living services
-Experience working with Learning Disabilities services
-Excellent organisational and analytical skills
-Confident conducting audits and implementing improvements
