All Birmingham City Council libraries are free to join and offer materials for loan, activities and access to the internet. Tower Hill hosts a Tots' Time for Under 5's on a Tuesday morning from 10.15am term time only; free to attend and includes craft. We also run a very friendly coffee morning on a Thursday all year round; 20p for a biscuit and a hot drink from 10.30am until 12.30pm. Our knitting

group runs all year on a Thursday afternoon between 2pm and 4pm. Joining the library is easy and free. You will need to fill in a form and provide an official document which confirms your address (a Driving Licence or recent utility bill for example). You can then borrow materials or use the internet straight away. You are able to borrow up to 10 items for 4 weeks, and have 2 hours per day on the computer (up to 9 hrs per week.)
