Family Housing Association is a part of a group of small housing associations in the North West that call ourselves Community Housing Partnership (CHP). Every year CHP hosts a Tenants Conference where tenants are invited to The Village Hotel in Warrington to hear some interesting speakers and meet tenants and staff from other Housing Associations. Lunch, tea/coffee and transport will be provided. This years tenant conference will take place on Tuesday 15th September 2026. The draft Agenda includes Awaab’s Law and Tenant Involvement, Stigma in social housing and the language we use and Housing Association boards; What do they do? & What’s it like to be on a board? After over 20 year's service to FHA, supporting our tenants and the wider public, our Receptionist Helen is due to retire, with Friday 15th May being her last day in the office. Helen has always worked hard to look after our tenants, and she has been there to support many of you through difficult times. Helen will be missed by many of our tenants and her colleagues. If any of our tenants would like to call in and say goodbye, Helen will be available until 3pm on Friday. Everyone at FHA wishes Helen a long, happy and healthy retirement.
