Meet our newest recruit, Brad! 🚒

Brad works in event hire and can fit being an on-call firefighter around his work.

He said: “I’ve always liked the idea of helping people and doing something that has a real purpose. My interest in the fire service started when I visited the Fire Museum in Grays, where I learned more about what firefighters actually do and the different opportunities within the service.

"I never really thought I’d have the qualifications or be able to become a firefighter myself, but the more I found out, the more I realised that it could actually be something I could do. I decided to go for it, and I’m really glad I did.”

Let's give Brad a very warm welcome 👏
