A quick customer update: From Monday 14th September, to help us keep orders running smoothly and maintain the care that goes into every parcel, orders under £40.00 will include a £15.00 small order surcharge. This will be applied at checkout in addition to standard postage and packaging. Orders of £40.00 or more are exempt from this surcharge. As overheads and costs continue to rise, this small change helps us process lower-value orders in a sustainable way, while continuing to provide the high-quality conservation products our heritage community trusts and relies on.
