🏊 Free Month Of Swimming Lessons For Belper Children

Belper Leisure Centre is offering local children a free month when signing up for its Swim England-accredited swimming lessons.

Classes are available for children aged three to five and across Stages 1–10, helping youngsters build their confidence and learn essential water-safety skills.

What a truly wonderful first day back!

It has been so special to see our children back through the gates today and to feel that wonderful sense of belonging throughout our school.

There have been so many smiles, so much laughter and so much joy — from our children and our adults too!

We are incredibly proud of all of our new children who have taken those first brave steps into their new school, and it has been a real pleasure to welcome our new families into our school community.

Looking at our display today, the words “Dream more, learn more, care more, and be more” (Dolly Parton) felt particularly fitting.

What a beautiful way to start our new school year.

📢 From September 2026, free school meals are expanding.

👩‍👩‍👧‍👦 All children in households on Universal Credit, regardless of income, will be eligible.

🍽️ These changes aim to give more families the support they need to ensure children get a healthy meal at school.

We have lots of Open Days scheduled for September 2027 school admissions. Please e mail or book using the QR code.
