Have you used wheelchair services in Derbyshire since April 2025?

In February 2024, we spoke to people who use wheelchairs and their carers, about their experiences of wheelchair services in Derbyshire.

Since 1 April 2025, a new provider, Blatchford, has been delivering the service.

Now we want to hear from you again.

Our short survey (5–8 minutes) asks about:

• How well you’ve been kept informed
• Your appointment experience
• How satisfied you are with the service

Your feedback will help us tell the NHS and Blatchford what’s working well and what could be improved.

New report alert! 📄

In our most recent report we spoke with over 650 local people about their experiences of the NHS App.

We found people liked being able to order prescriptions and view medical records, but some faced challenges with registration and inconsistent features between GP practices and hospitals.
