There's no better way to start your bank holiday Monday than completing a good workout.

BANK HOLIDAY WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Push • Pull • Legs + Condition

4–5 Rounds:

12 Goblet Squats (Legs)
10 Press-ups / Bench Press (Push)
12 Rows (DB / Cable / Machine) (Pull)
10 Walking Lunges (Legs)
12 Shoulder Press (Push)
30s High Knees / Bike / Row (Conditioning)

Rest: 60–90 seconds between rounds

New? Stick to 3–4 rounds
Want a push? Increase weight each round

From early swims to evening workouts, here’s what’s happening

8:00am – 9:30am: Swim for Fitness
9:00am – 12:00pm: Swim for All
12:00pm – 12:45pm: Aqua Aerobics
1:00pm – 3:00pm: Family Fun
3:00pm – 4:00pm: Swim for All
3:00pm – 6:00pm: Swim Lessons
6:30pm – 8:00pm: Swim for All

Open 8:00am – 8:00pm (Adult & Junior sessions available hourly)
11:45am: Basic Induction

4:30pm – 5:00pm: Junior Gym Induction

For International Learn to Swim Week, swim teacher Ciaran talks through our learn-to-swim pathway, starting from age 4 through to junior lifeguard. 🏊🏻‍♂️

With Foundation (red, amber, green) and Academy (bronze, silver, gold), there’s a clear route to build confidence and progress in the water. Learning to swim means more fun, more confidence, and staying safe on holidays too. 💙
