Ulster Wildlife manages Bog Meadows Nature Reserve for both people and wildlife to enjoy. Over the next four years, we will be working to create a vibrant community hub centred on Bog Meadows Nature Reserve and neighbouring St James Community Farm, through 'Our People, Our Places' project funded by National Lottery Community Fund. The project will help strengthen social networks, develop skills an

d build community capacity by offering traineeships and a range of volunteering, events and education programmes based around nature, conservation, animal husbandry and gardening.

Such a lovely group this morning at our first 5-7 session . We learnt about birds and their babies, enjoyed sensory play and craft and even managed to get outside despite the weather to explore how good the garden was for our feathered friends . Thanks so much for coming 😃
