SWAP Foster Care "Every child is one caring adult away from being a success story." Swap Foster Care is a family-run Independent Fostering Agency based in Bedworth Warwickshire.

Our aim is to provide quality safe inclusive Foster Placements supporting Local Authority partners in providing suitable placement alternatives. We have Foster Parent households located across Coventry, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire and always welcome inquiries from either those who are Foster Parents and are seeking to 'SWAP' their agency or, those interested in becoming Foster Parents; all w

e ask is that you have a spare room and the commitment to treat a child as if they were your own. In return we can offer you:

A competitive fee of £350-£1350.00 per week
A named Qualified Registered Supervising Social Worker
A comprehensive training and support package
Other benefits i.e. Free COSTCO membership
Assessments usually completed in 8-12 weeks (statutorily required within 8 months).

👉Chapter 1
Includes reference to police or the Crown Prosecution Service sharing information with other agencies involved in providing support and services to a child and their family, where appropriate.

Added a reference to the Information sharing advice for safeguarding practitioners providing safeguarding services for children, young people, parents and carers.

👉 Chapter 2
Added Combatting Drugs Partnership to list of public boards supporting partnership work.

Updated email address for the Multi-agency Safeguarding Arrangements Unit.
