Members of the public are welcome to join the meeting in person at The Rufus Centre Flitwick, or remotely via Teams.

There are open public sessions at the beginning and end of the meeting, during which you can ask any questions.

🍁We're Back! The Flitwick Scarecrow Festival returns for 2026
from Saturday 26th September to Sunday 4th October

🧚‍♂️This year's theme is Fairytale Heroes & Villains - who would you choose?

To take part in this year's event, register your scarecrow by Monday 21st September, so everyone following the trail can find your location and enjoy your fantastic scarecrow creation!

💥❤️So many talented young artists at our Graffiti Workshop this morning at The Hub as part of our free summer programme!

There are still some places available this afternoon for our free session for 11- to 16-year-olds. Pop down to The Hub, Dunstable Road, from 1pm to 3pm if you want to get creative.

Are you (or someone you know) looking to get out of the house and meet new people? Then why not join us for Community Games at the following libraries:
- Flitwick Library on Tuesdays at 11am
- Leighton Buzzard Library on Tuesdays at 2pm
- Sandy Library sessions will resume in September, date to be confirmed

Community Games are new free sessions that are led by a member of staff and is a chance to socialise over a cuppa and a simple fun board game. No special skills are required and there will always be someone to show you what to do and to have a chat with.
