Join us at Bedale Community Library to celebrate National Pirate Day!

Come along for a morning of free craft activities and treasure hunting. There may even be some pirate treasure waiting to be discovered! 💰

Young readers, this is your reminder! 📚

The Summer Reading Challenge comes to an end on 12th September! Make sure you bring your completed booklet into the library by then so you can claim your reward for all your amazing hard work and reading over the summer.
We’ve loved welcoming you all in and hearing about the books you’ve loved 💙

There’s still time to get those last few books finished, you’ve got this! 📖

It’s that time again! Come along to First Friday Coffee this Friday ☕️

Did you know your library is about more than just books? It’s also about community 💙
Following the success of our previous coffee mornings, we’re making them a regular event!

Join us on the first Friday of every month, starting from next Friday 1st May.
We’ll be here from 10:30 am until noon with the kettle on. Hope to see you there ☕️

Read to the Beat! 🎶

We had lots of fun at the library with our Musical Instrument session as part of this year’s Summer Reading Challenge theme.

The children enjoyed having a go making instruments and making some music!🎵

A big thank you to everyone who came along and joined in we loved seeing so many young musicians getting involved! 💙
