Have you ever tried Forest Bathing?

🌳

On Sunday 28th June, Forest Bathing in Essex will be running a session out on our reserve!

Forest Bathing is the English translation of the Japanese term ‘Shinrin-yoku’ and means ‘spending quality time, under the canopy of trees, in a forest, for health and wellbeing purposes’.

The session will involve spending time, moving slowly and sitting within nature. There will be guided meditation to help activate all 5 senses (and maybe more as you will discover) and Sally will offer activities and exploratory invitations that will help you connect with nature, contributing to your wellbeing, quietening the mind and soothing the soul.

📅 Sunday 28th June, 10:30am-12:30pm
