Barry Community Garden & Allotment Barry Community Garden & Allotment in Gibbonsdown is set up for all to enjoy in the heart of Barry.

We are a community growing project in Gibbonsdown, Barry which encourages people and children from all backgrounds to come and enjoy a beautiful outdoor space and meet other people. We provide opportunities to learn about growing fruit and veg, horticulture, wildlife and conservation. We have a wide range of facilities at the garden including polytunnels, a summerhouse, compost toilet, wildlife pond and wildflower meadow and fruit and veg growing areas.

Last week, the Community Safety Team attended the St Luke's and St Paul's Crescent Fun Day hosted by Vale Housing.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat. It was great to meet local residents, answer questions, share advice, and hear your thoughts on community safety. Events like these are a fantastic way to connect with our communities and work together to make our neighbourhoods safer and stronger. 💙
