How to access our advice services

When you first contact our Bureau you will have a brief assessment interview with one of our workers. At this point we will discuss with you how we can help deal with your enquiry. We may provide you with information or initial advice, make an appointment for full advice or signpost or refer you to a specialist advice provider. We still ask people to continue to

contact us via phone or email so our drop ins can be used for people who really need it most

FACE TO FACE: drop in sessions -now open on limited basis
We will be offering limited drop in sessions again for those who cannot access us any other way. We still ask people to continue to contact us via phone or email so our drop ins can be used for people who really need it most. Drop in sessions only for people who cant email or phone:

Thursday 1pm-3pm
Friday 9am-12:30pm

**Please note: we are closed for advice matters the 1st Thursday of every month for staff training**
