When the nights start to draw in during this month, a good book, a cosy drink and a little kindness towards yourself can make all the difference. Our next Reading for Wellbeing session will explore the theme of Self Care, offering time to reflect, connect and take a breath together as we discuss a range of books that highlight the importance of self-care in different ways.
Join Kayleigh this Monday in the foyer at Barnstaple Library, where the library team will be offering a community breakfast too!
