Dear customers.

Just a quick update. We recently moved out of our original offices in Bideford after 20 years.

Technology has moved on and since Covid it was obvious that we did not need to keep a base in bideford as well as our main unit in barnstaple however our landline 01237 423333 has been our main point of contact since 2000 so the solution was to “cloud” the landline phone number and forward all calls to my mobile or forward over to the on-call engineer when required.

Unfortunately this has not gone as planned and it’s also effected our info/ David/ [email protected] email which has become unreliable.

Luckily we have a back up system in place and my direct 0777 9332013 and [email protected] are unaffected.

We hope to resolve the bt and plus.net issues in the very near future but until then please use the contact details above.

We appreciate your patience at this time and look forward to full service being restored in the very near future.

Well it’s been a busy January. Ongoing fire alarm, cctv, intruder and access control works including PPM, fault finding and upgrades from truro over to swansea up to Hereford/ Cheltenham and across to Southend on sea. Proud of the team for the level of service they have provided for our customers and always great to get so much positive feedback from our clients. Roll on February as it’s looking busy.

First time I’ve seen these pictures of the crew at work and firefighting training whilst on the Santa Fe Brittannia drilling for gas in the North Sea in the late 90s. Seems a lifetime ago now but a great crew to learn from and work with.
