New addition to the Council Chamber “the room which hath no ears” - a knitted textile painting by Hattie Batstone in Nov 2025 called ‘Temporal Bloom’. Made using the intarsia technique and using Merino wool, kid mohair and silk blend yarn. Fabulous!

Our Open Day season starts this Wednesday; and then every Sunday, Wednesday and Bank Holiday Monday, 2-5pm, through until the end of September.
Lovely house, lovely garden, lovely tea room, lovely afternoon out.
No need to book, just pay at the gate.

We are open this Coronation weekend on Sunday and Monday from 11.30.
