As we get close to our AGM in a couple of weeks we have put this short video together to reflect on the journey and huge amount of support we have had to bring us to this point. Despite the random rain showers the Shed was a hive of activity today with a host of projects on the go! On top of some site maintenance and clean up, we had Robert working on an outdoor wooden storage box, Roland using traditional tools to progress our beautiful shed bench project, Mark repairing a wooden wheelbarrow ornament, Gordon creating a raised planter for our greenhouse and Paul doing motorbike repair! All with willing members lending a hand of course 😎. Some pics of the sheds home made planters coming into bloom too…

**new date. Hi Ballycastle. This year’s AGM had been moved back one week to Saturday 20th June at 2pm at the Shed. Elections will be held for committee and Officers (max 10 including 4 officer roles of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Health & Safety Officer). Please contact the Committee # if you have any questions or if you want to understand more about the commitment and duties. We believe that the Shed has now become established as an important asset to the Ballycastle Community and you are all invited to attend the agm if you wish and hear about the work of the shed and our plans for the future. Shoulder to Shoulder💪

A Grand Day Out!

The members enjoyed a sunny day out together yesterday visiting Belfast for tours of the amazing HMS Caroline and Titanic Distillers. Lots of fabulous engineering and history to soak up and a lovely lunch kindly donated by Sinead McGivern.
