Online applications for free school meals and clothing grants are now open!

The Scottish Government have committed to providing a free school meal to all P1 to P5 pupils. We recommend that all parents/carers who meet the eligibility criteria submit an application, as this information will be used to pay free school meal payments during school holiday periods.

🏡 TPAS Scotland Annual Conference 2026 🏡

Last week, South Ayrshire Council attended the TPAS Scotland Annual Conference alongside five of our Tenant Participation members. The event provided a great opportunity to hear from housing professionals, share ideas with tenants and landlords from across Scotland, and learn about the future of tenant participation.

One of the highlights was hearing from the Scottish Government about the introduction of Awaab's Law and what it will mean for Scotland's social housing sector.

A huge thank you to our tenant members for representing South Ayrshire and helping us ensure tenants' voices are heard.
