It's that time of year again 🏡.

Our office has recently sent out our Annual Landscape Maintenance invoices to Factored Owners. However, this year, we have a brand new way to pay 💳.

Search Ayrshire Housing and download our Customer App on the app store and register using your owner/account number on your invoice, this typically starts with letters followed by numbers. You will benefit from a £3 discount if you pay via the new portal or if you set up a direct debit.

Ayrshire Housing has appointed a new Property Director who will be responsible for overseeing the significant levels of investment planned for its stock over the next few years.

Last year the association announced spend of more than £11 million to improve homes for its tenants, and new appointment Gavin Johnston will play a key role in delivering this.

Gavin joins Ayrshire from Built Environment – Smarter Transformation, who work with organisations across the construction sector to come up with new ways to transform the built environment to become stronger, more sustainable, and smarter.

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dolly Parton, whose vision and generosity have inspired millions of children around the world through the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

As proud members of the Imagination Library, Ayrshire Housing and our partners Sidey Solutions Ltd and Radbury Double Glazing Ltd remain committed to ensuring as many children across South Ayrshire as possible can benefit from this fantastic programme. Every child deserves the opportunity to discover the joy of books, spark their imagination, and develop a lifelong love of reading.

In honour of Dolly's incredible legacy, we are more determined than ever to work with local nurseries, early years centres, and Ayrshire Housing tenant families to help more children access free, high-quality books each month.

A wonderful legacy that will continue to change lives for generations to come.
