This 6-week beginners course, starting on Friday 10th July at Aylsham Sports Hub, is designed for anyone new to yoga, regardless of age, fitness level, or flexibility.
You'll learn basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation practices, and simple mindfulness exercises to help improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.
Each session builds gradually, allowing you to develop confidence and body awareness at your own pace. Modifications and guidance are provided throughout, making the course accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
