We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who took part in our amazing rainbow week. The children had a lovely time exploring a variety of activities based around the colour of the day. To end the week on a high note the children were able to see a beautiful bright rainbow in the sky 🌈 and talk about the colours they could see.

Super proud of Alice and Sophie for stepping up for the spot check Environmental Health inspection this week and getting 5 Stars. Our brilliant chef Liz was on holiday at the time, but has done a fantastic job keeping all the paperwork in place for the inspector to check and having a spotless kitchen. Well done for a great team effort.

Yesterday we popped over to see our good friends at Merstone Farm Liveries where they gave us 4 beautiful Peacock eggs. We'll be incubating them at Roman Park for now, with the hope that more eggs will be laid in the next few weeks for Waddesdon. While at the farm I saw Kevin & Peggy, who were our Peacock chicks from 2 years ago. And to make this year's clutch even more special they came from Peggy herself. The circle of life in motion.

The Big Top Nursery in Waddesdon has the current staff vacancies.

Level 3 Qualified Practitioner- Full time Monday-Friday with weekly alternating shifts of 7:30am-4:30pm and 9:00-6:00pm. Part time 3 days a week with alternating weekly shifts of 7:30am-4:30pm and 9:00am-6:00pm may also be considered.

Baby Room Deputy Room Leader- Are you a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner looking to take the next step in your career? Then we may have the position for you.
Full time Monday-Friday with alternating weekly shifts of 7:30am-4:30pm and 9:00am-6:00pm.

This year Big Top Nursery Waddesdon are taking part in the Barnardo's big toddle! We will be walking around the nursery garden every morning for a week dressed as safari animals to raise money for Barnardo's children's charity.
