The first of our new employer-hosted ABC Labour Market Partnership (LMP) meetings for 2025/26 took place recently at Pilgrim’s Europe, Craigavon.

Funded by the Department for Communities, LMP's create targeted employment action plans for council areas, allowing for collaboration locally and regionally to support people towards and into work.

Ahead of the LMP Strategic Action Plan for 2027-2030, the partners discussed skills gaps, recruitment needs, staff retention and career progression opportunities. Thanks to Pilgrim’s for hosting this event and we look forward to engaging with more employers across the borough.
