2422 Arbroath Squadron is a local branch of the Air Training Corps who are always looking for new recruits, if your aged between 13 and 20 years of age then your eligible to come down and see what we do. The Air Cadets offers a great deal of activities, sports and experiences for young people, such as flying, gliding, shooting, public events, adventure training, Duke of Edinburgh and many differen
t sports for all different age groups. We are a military organisation but you are not signing up for the forces. But if you are interested in the forces, this is a great start to! You will receive a uniform, learn drill and possibly gain promotions as well as learning a number of great skills for civilian life. We parade on a Tuesday and Thursday night and we do a number of things in our squadron, such as projects, sports nights, leadership, team building and on occasion we have fun nights on public holidays.
