A huge well done to all of the swimmers that took part in our annual front crawl gala on Monday night. There was some fantastic swims and lots of personal best times achieved. Thank you to Atwal stores for their continued sponsorship of our galas it is very much appreciated. Medals and trophies were handed out by this years Cornets Lass Holly Ker. Holly is an ex alligator herself and it was lovely to welcome her back to the club. Fastest swims of the day were 2 of our captains Julia Lucas and Rocky O'Donnell. Our captains Brody, Julia and Rocky presented some beautiful flowers to our vice head coaches Matt and Cass on their recent engagement.

It was lovely to see so many supporters on the poolside cheering their swimmers on and a fantastic turnout of 37 swimmers at the gala.

Thanks also to the staff at Annan swimming pool for their support of all of our sessions and events.

Huge congratulations to 2 of our coaches Matt & Cass on their engagement yesterday 💍 🍾

They met 12 years ago when they swam together at the club 🐊 and started dating 9 years ago 😍 ….. wishing you all the very best for a lifetime filled with love and happiness ❤️ 💛 🖤

A huge well done to all of our alligators who took part in today’s meet with Merrick Mavericks 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊‍♂️ what a fantastic day we had !! thank you to all at Merrick mavericks for hosting us , the very warm welcome and for the lovely buffet. Thank you to Anderson’s of Langholm for providing the transport and to Tesco stronger starts for the grant which allowed us to take 24 of our swimmers on a coach to Newton Stewart . Along with our amazing volunteers 😊 Some fantastic swims , team bonding and a great day had by all!! Go alligators 🐊 💛 🖤

It was very sad this week to say goodbye to 4 of our long serving swimmers, Ava Wyllie, Tara Kane, Isaac Lucas and Anna Adkins. It has been a pleasure having you in our club for many years and we wish you all the very best for the future! Thanks also to Anna and Isaac for their captains roles this past year and a half … you have supported the club immensely and we appreciate all of your help. We will miss you all in the sessions but know that we will still see you around poolside as you are all lifeguards at Annan swimming pool 😊. Good luck to you all for the future ! 💛 🖤 🐊
