My circadian rhythm isn't the same as yours. (Maybe) so I just threw this together from stuff I got form the phone box tonight (and previously)
What I got tonight- Chicken breasts, punnet of mushrooms.
yesterday -Greek yoghurt,
1 tub of soft cheese (best before 2 days ago) it's cheese how much more cheese could it be?
4 days ago - garlic bread (still good best before)
I added some cheese shavings I had in the fridge and (mistakingly) some peri peri I had in the cupboard. 🥵🥵🥵
Been using phone box stuff to help survive the month but the peri peri was a big mistake (for me)
Total cost £0 (not counting the flour I already had to thicken it up a bit)
