Into the wild at Half term is the perfect place to let your kids release some energy! Parents can also relax in our unique environment..

Pizza will be served Fri to Sun and when there is no pizza Monday to Thursday we will be serving Oak smoked hot dogs. People who book wild play are welcome to bring picnics..

Please do book online as we limit numbers to our woods to ensure a cracking day is had by all.

Pizza will be available this Bank Holiday Monday as an exception.

If you know your kids head down the Bollin to hang out, please remind them not to enter the woods and to stick to the public footpaths.

We’ve had repeated incidents of trespass and damage to our facilities. This is a family woodland space and it needs to be respected.

CCTV is in operation and footage of recent incidents is being shared with the police.

Any further damage will be taken seriously.

It isn’t great that when I’m trying to put my young kids to bed I have to shoot off to deal with some little sh**s making a mess.. please do let them know we are on to this in a serious way.

Head to into the wild for Bank holiday Monday fun.. Wild play booking available online. We will be serving pizza from 11am. Coffee, icecream and everything else from 9am. Fully licensed bar for a cheeky beer from 12pm. Book today to avoid disappointment.

On Saturday 4th April we start our FREE Dj session evening. First of all the families get a taste early doors 4pm until 6pm!! Then from 6pm until 10pm it’s 18+!!

Insanely talented Dj spins the vinyls and plays a variety of music including Soul, Disco, Funk, House…

On the evening we have full licensed bar with amazing selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks! We have wood fired pizzas! Fire pits! Tipis.. all this is free however on arrival we kindly ask for a donation to help towards.

Dogs on leads welcome 18+ from 6pm. No need to book! Walk to us from Hale. Very easily. Best night there is. Check out our website to see where we are and walking routes. Link in Bio!

Exciting times at into the wild.. investing in the play area yet again and creating a new space.. can’t wait to see the kids use this bit haha

Did you know We do a weekly litter pick way beyond our area of woodland. We do sections per week. 99% of litter is Dog poo bags and energy drinks “MONSTER” haha I guess the two go hand in hand. That’s up for debate.

In our last picture on this reel you will see our off grid energy system. Into the wild is powered 100% off grid. Despite our size and the events we put on etc etc. we are powered mostly by Sun and Fire!

Now as the sun comes out the solar panels we have will mostly be enough to power us! During summer we have been known to go for weeks just on solar power. Sun charges batteries. Feeds inverter. Converts to useable energy. We have equipment used 24/7. Inc a self serve coffee and vend machine. 3 chest freezers, beer cooler, 4 fridges… these things are on 24/7 yet the sun covers it. Sun is all we need! When not so sunny our generator does a 3hr charge which gives us 20hr so hr power. It’s by no means easy being off grid.. it’s stressful but it’s freedom!

After much farting about on my website with my fat non computer compliant fingers I have managed to figure out a booking system instead of the madness that was reserve your space and come if you want but don’t if you don’t want to (which is unheard of in the events industry) I now understand why...
This change will help us know who is coming for sure..
also on the 28th and 29th March we have a fire lighting workshop you can book your kids on to to bulk out your wild day. Re wild your child!!
If we get a good response from the fire lighting workshop we will add it to book on to every weekend.. along with the wild cat tracking and various other wild ideas!!
