Scotia Homecare Solutions received an unannounced inspection last week and we are delighted to say we maintained our Grade 5 – Very Good rating from the Care Inspectorate, first awarded in March 2024 and proudly held as we move into 2026. 🎉

For a young company, just 4½ years old, this is an incredible achievement — one that reflects the ethos of who we are.
