With all the rain and sun we have had (mainly rain!), the vegetation along the paths and bridges has shot up. Thanks to a good turn out of our happy volunteers, we made great strides in clearing the walkways and keeping them accessible for everyone. A huge thank you to all who gave their time and energy.

Busy today near the Bat lake clearing blackthorn and bramble, to open up the oak woodland, with Surrey Choices (10 fantastic guys working hard in the sunshine) and 8 members of the TMBG volunteer group, toiling away removing dense bramble and thorn which was choking the native trees which had not been managed for at least the last 10 years.
