This summer, we're making a change to our Friday 18:00 Group Cycle session and introducing an exciting new Hybrid Training Class!

Weather permitting, some sessions may take place outdoors, adding an extra challenge and variety to your training.

Whether you're looking to prepare for a HYROX-style competition or simply want to improve your overall fitness, strength, and stamina, this class is designed for all abilities and goals.

It's also a fantastic opportunity to:

Thinking about joining the gym but want to build your confidence first? Our gym-based classes could be the perfect place to start!
We offer a variety of gym classes from Tuesday to Friday, designed to help you feel comfortable, learn new exercises, and get moving in a supportive environment. You can choose to pay as you go or take advantage of our class-only membership option. For more information, speak to our reception team or leave a comment below and we’ll be happy to help.
