Abingdon YFC’s Cube is off to Nationals!! 🎉 🥇

Yesterday a senior and junior member headed down to The South of England Showground to enter our Cube into the South East Area competition and we won!!! So many hours have been put into this, especially by Rosie our superstar junior who has worked so hard to put her elements of it together, with the help of 3 of the seniors to build the main structure, the photography and do the floral art.

Staffordshire, here we come in July!!! 🥇🥈🥉

What a lovely meeting Abingdon Seniors had this evening🚜☀️

For this week’s meeting, we had a joint meeting the Juniors: a BBQ and Rally Celebration Evening🍔🌭🥳🌾

Main Rally 2026 was a great success for Abingdon YFC, so this evening we came together to celebrate - food, drinks, frisbee, football & a social🥰

Float construction is in full swing!🚜🌾🎉

In last night’s meeting, we began building the frame of our float. After weeks worth of hard work, all of the painting is finished - now we just need to put it all together!

Yesterday evening Abingdon YFC joined the rest of Oxfordshire YFC, as well as Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, for a talk given by Thames Valley Police👮🚗 They spoke about rural crime and the importance of road safety, providing two informative talks before we headed outside for a look at some vehicles and equipment.

It was a fun, educational evening thoroughly enjoyed by all. Thank you for a great evening☺️👮‍♀️🚜
