Devils Bridge Falls is a world famous tourist attraction 12 miles from Aberystwyth in Mid Wales. These 300ft waterfalls have attracted many thousands of visitors since the 18th century, including William Wordsworth who wrote about the "Torrent at the Devil's Bridge". Today, the Falls Nature Trail provides a unique opportunity to see this great natural feature in the Rheidol Gorge. Winter prices (

£2.00 per person for each walk. You will need 2x £1.00 coin to place into the turnstile. Put the coins into the slots, push the coin chute in and wait for the coins to drop. Once they have dropped then you can walk through the turnstile pushing the 90 degree arms as you go. NATURE TRAIL, WATERFALLS & THREE BRIDGES

Waterfalls Nature Trail Walk:

675 steps down and back up the gorge
Views of the waterfalls
Descend Jacobs Ladder ( 100 continuous steps )
Robbers cave
Strenuous walk

Punchbowl and 3 Bridges viewing points
Nature and bird feeding corner
Display boards
Seating area
Very easy to moderate

HOURS:

There is an attendant at the entrance to the WATERFALLS walk from 9.45 am to 5.00 pm from Easter to the end of October (hours vary depending on High or Low Season)

Before and after attendant hours there is entrance admittance through coin-operated turnstiles. NO ENTRY 1 HOUR BEFORE DUSK. The paths are not lit at night. Winter admission charges & opening hours

We are open all year. When there is no attendant on duty there is entrance admittance through coin-operated turnstiles. (Bring £1 coins with you)

Due to the geology of the Rheidol Gorge, the WATERFALLS walk is not suitable for the elderly, disabled visitors or pushchairs. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The NEW punchbowl area has been developed to allow even access for pushchairs and wheelchair users between 10.45am and 4pm until the end of August. Call ahead at other times. There are no steps to the top 3 bridges viewing point. The rest of the walk is still open but has 150 steps down to the lower Punchbowl viewing point.

It’s very hot ☀️so bring water with you on the walk.
Maybe wear a hat. 🧢 And put on suncream. To cool you down there is an ice-cream kiosk 🍦 at the entrance to the walk and a pub with nice refreshing drinks 🥤 🍺 at the exit.
