Fantastic run on Tuesday! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We headed halfway up Whitlam Hill before making our way through the fields to the bridge. Then came the best part — the down, down, down segment 😄 We continued along the line towards Kingseat bridge before heading back to the Axis Centre.

A beautiful evening for a run. Well done, everyone! 👏🌅🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Another great evening for NRG with 6.5k under our belts! 👏

Tonight was a recovery run for Jim and Eurig, and it was Eurig’s first run with the group. A big NRG welcome to you, Eurig! 🍊

We hope you had a lovely time and enjoyed our recovery route. 😊

Tuesdays session had everything – a refreshing breeze, a little rain, plenty of smiles… and to top it all off, some brilliant Strava dolphin art! 🐬🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
