FOW update:
Dear parents and carers. We are looking for volunteers to join our friendly committee this year. As our wonderful primary 7's have left for secondary school we find ourselves without enough parent helpers to form a parent council /Pta.
Being a member of FOW is a really flexible commitment that allows you to become more involved in our fabulous school community and of course, raise money for the benefit of our children. In previous years FOW have funded school treats such as Pantomime trips, leaver's hoodies and buses to excursions. Without the help of our volunteers we are worried that the children may miss out on these fun extras this year. If you feel like you would like to get involved please get in touch with the school.

Have you applied for Best Start Grant School Age Payment yet? It's £252.50 to help balance costs around the time your child starts school.

If you are the parent or main carer of a child born between 1 March 2016 and 28 February 2017, and get tax credits or certain benefits, you could be eligible!

You can still apply even if your child is not taking up a school place this year.
