Many of us across Rosemount are experiencing low water pressure. Please see the below for an update on the situation. Scottish Water have located an issue on the 1.2km stretch of trunk main between Slopefield Service Reservoir and the junction of Great Western Road and Duthie Terrace. Hopefully, this issue will be fixed very soon. In the meantime, please know that Scottish Water are distributing bottled water to those who are most vulnerable. If you, or someone you know, is in need of this please do not hesitate to use the contact information below.

Dear Stakeholder,
We are contacting you with an update on the interruption to normal water supply that customers in parts of Aberdeen have been experiencing since around midday on Friday the 24th February.
Following extensive investigations, through the night, our engineers have isolated part of the public water network and made alterations which have restored supplies to most areas that have been without water. However, some customers are still experiencing no water or poor pressure in the following postcode areas: AB12, AB16, AB21, AB24 and AB25.
Our field teams are continuing investigations and systematically testing different areas of the network to locate the source of the problem. We have narrowed the problem to a 1.2km stretch of trunk main between Slopefield Service Reservoir and the junction of Great Western Road and Duthie Terrace.
To provide further resilience, we have been tankering water into the network supplying the Kincorth area of Aberdeen as a temporary solution for customers. We are planning to set up a customer bottled water station in Kincorth by midday today (Sat 25th), with the location to be confirmed via our website and social media.
We have been contacting customers on our Priority Services Register to offer bottled water, which we have been delivering to properties. Bottled water is also being distributed to those most in need, upon request.
We apologise to all customers affected by this interruption to their service. If anyone in your community is looking for updates they can find the latest information via our social media channels or any of the methods found on our contact us page: https://www.scottishwater.co.uk/Help-and-Resources/Contact-Us/Contacting-Us.
