On 15 June 2026, His Excellency Datuk Eldeen Husaini Mohd Hashim, Ambassador of Malaysia to France, received a courtesy call from Datuk Dr. Zunika Binti Mohamed, Deputy Secretary General (Policy) of the Ministry of Economy.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on the current state of Malaysia–France bilateral relations and discuss developments in areas of mutual interest. Discussions also touched on opportunities to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries in support of shared economic and strategic priorities.

On 10 June 2026, His Excellency Datuk Eldeen Husaini Mohd Hashim, Ambassador of Malaysia to France, met with Lieutenant General Yves Métayer, Military Governor of Marseille. 🇲🇾🇫🇷

The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange views on defence cooperation between Malaysia and France, including areas of mutual interest and opportunities to further strengthen bilateral engagement.

The engagement underscores Malaysia’s continued commitment to fostering strong bilateral ties and enhancing cooperation with France in support of regional and international security and stability.

On 9 June 2026, His Excellency Datuk Eldeen Husaini Mohd Hashim, Ambassador of Malaysia to France visited the office of Mr. Jean-Pierre de Bono, Honorary Consul of Malaysia in Marseille. 🇲🇾🇫🇷

The visit provided an opportunity to discuss ongoing efforts to strengthen Malaysia’s presence and engagement in southern France, as well as to explore avenues for enhancing cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

In the evening, His Excellency hosted a dinner with members of MyPACA, bringing together Malaysians residing in Marseille and the surrounding region. The gathering served as a valuable platform for the Embassy to engage with the Malaysian community, exchange views and provide updates on recent developments in Malaysia–France relations.

The event also fostered stronger bonds among members of the Malaysian diaspora, reflecting the Embassy’s continued commitment to promoting unity, friendship and a strong sense of community among Malaysians abroad in line with the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI.

📢Permohonan undi pos bagi semua kategori, termasuk Kategori 1B (Luar Negara) bagi pelaksanaan PRU Dewan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan Ke-16 telah mula dibuka pada 12 Jun 2026 (Jumaat) dan akan ditutup pada 10 Julai 2026 (Jumaat).

Kelayakan permohonan undi pos Kategori 1B ini adalah tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan oleh SPR seperti berikut:

• Merupakan seorang pemilih berdaftar yang mengundi di mana-mana Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri Sembilan; dan
• Tinggal di luar negara.

Semua permohonan hendaklah dibuat secara dalam talian (online) sepenuhnya melalui portal MySPR. Bagi tujuan ini, pemilih yang layak dan berhasrat mengundi secara pos hendaklah mendaftar akaun MySPR melalui pautan https://myspr.spr.gov.my.

The visit provided an opportunity for the Malaysian delegation to gain deeper insights into Airbus Helicopters’ operations, capabilities and innovations in the aviation sector.

Discussions were also held on the expanding cooperation between Malaysia and France in the field of aviation, reflecting the strong and longstanding partnership between both countries.
