Flights are BOOKED! To celebrate Julie’s 60th birthday next year we are planning a trip to South America during the inter season, encompassing Machu Picchu ❤️
We’re flying in to Santiago at the end of July, heading North through Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Columbia and possibly Galapagos (if we have time!), departing from Bogata in early November. We’re doing it Race Across The World style travelling by bus and staying in home stays, with a little bit more luxury occasionally en route perhaps 😉
We’d love to hear any tips on bus routes, excursions, cafes/restaurants, must see places, volunteer opportunities, home stays/hotels that any of you Lovely people might have.
