Who we are...

Hi, my name is Itzel, I’m originally from Mexico and I am co-founder of Casa Lyon.

I arrived in France in 2012 and have witnessed first-hand how hard it is to find a place to live when you leave your country. The fact of not having a guarantor in France or even in European territory puts you at the last of the waiting list, and having to pay one or even two months of deposit plus the first month of rent and event agency fees represents a budget out of this world for many of us.

This is why for a while I had the dream of opening a business that proposes furnished bedrooms to foreign exchange students (specially from Latin America) without all the hassle.

No guarantor, and no deposit fee!
