Online Speech Competition 2025

The prize distribution ceremony of the Online Speech Competition 2025 was organized by Youth Brigade Welfare Society at the SSP Office, Reasi. Certificates were distributed to the winners by Worthy SSP Sh. Paramvir Singh, JKPS.

We sincerely thank all the participants for their active participation in the Online Speech Competition held on the occasion of Teachers’ Day 2025. Each participant did a fantabulous job, but as per the competition rules, only three winners were selected.

🏆 Winners:

First Place: Miss Pranya Abrol, Class 8th, Nature’s Lap International High School, Kahana Pouni

Second Place: Miss Mannat Singh Manhas, Class 8th, Presentation Convent High School, Reasi

Third Place: Miss Mayukhi Sharma, Class 7th, DPS Katra

During the ceremony, Sh. Iftikhar Ahmed, JKPS, Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl. SP), Reasi and Sh. Vishal Singh Jamwal, JKPS, DySP Headquarters, Reasi were also present.

Online Speech Competition 2025

The Youth Brigade Welfare Society is delighted to announce an Online Speech Competition on the occasion of Teachers’ Day 2025. This event is exclusively for students of Reasi District (J&K) studying in Grades 6th to 12th.

* Topics for Classes 6th to 9th

1. “The Role of Teachers in Building the Nation” – Highlight how teachers shape the future of the country by educating children.

OR

2. “Why Teachers are Our Second Parents” – Explain how teachers care for, guide, and support students just like parents.

* Topics for Classes 10th to 12th

1. “A Teacher is a Builder of Dreams and Destiny” – Discuss how teachers not only impart knowledge but also shape students’ character and future.

OR

2. “Teachers in the 21st Century: Guiding Students in a Digital World” – Highlight the changing role of teachers in today’s technology-driven education.

Competition Guidelines

1. Eligibility: Open to students of Reasi District, J&K, from Grades 6th to 12th.

2. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from 25th August 2025 to 3rd September 2025.

3. Submission: Participants must send a video of their speech (maximum 5 minutes) in Hindi or English via WhatsApp to 9906203785.

4. Result Announcement: Winners will be announced on 5th September 2025 (Teachers’ Day).

With profound grief and sorrow, we share the sad news of the untimely demise of Sh. Rajinder Singh Rana, SDM Ramnagar, R/O Thuroo Pattian, District Reasi.

His passing is a tremendous loss to the area. A dedicated officer and a humble human being, his contributions to the community will always be remembered.

May his soul rest in peace. Our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. 💐🙏
